⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have consistently had a great experience at the Firestone in Hialeah, and I want to specifically recognize Store Manager Christian Alberti for his outstanding leadership and commitment to customer satisfaction. Although the Hialeah location isn’t the closest Firestone to me, it is always my store of choice because I know they’ll stand behind their work and honor their warranty. That level of accountability gives me confidence every time I bring my vehicle in. Christian truly believes in not stopping until the job is done right. He takes the time to listen, follows through on concerns, and works hard to ensure every customer leaves satisfied. In today’s world, it’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the customer’s experience from start to finish, but that’s exactly what you’ll find with him. The entire team reflects that same commitment to professionalism and service, and it’s the reason I continue to make the drive to this location instead of choosing one that’s closer to home. If you’re looking for a Firestone that values integrity, stands behind its warranty, and is genuinely committed to customer satisfaction, I highly recommend the Hialeah location. Tha

I’ve been bringing my car to Firestone for my oil changes, and I’ve always had a great experience. The staff is upfront about the costs and clearly explains what my car needs without any pressure. I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism. The service has also been consistently fast, which makes the whole process easy and convenient. Overall, I’ve been very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this location.

This place is good for diagnostics, they identify and areas of concern with your vehicle. But the prices are not reasonable. For example they charge $900 for things like AC compressors. And $137 for an oil pan you can get online for $14. I am unsure why the prices for their parts have to be triple or sometimes 10 times higher than the regular price. They wanted to charge me $74 to install a cabin air filter. I did it myself in less than 80 seconds with a $3 cabin air filter….

👎🏽😤 On 4-12-26, went for alignment (have life of car); Charged $483.96 For tire sensors when I NEED NEW TIRES; Charged $896.95 for remove & install front strut assembly (both). On 5-19-26, went bc driver’s side broke. They replaced after spending 30-45 minutes in employee’s conversations- stating defected: No apologies, no compensation, no discount NOTHING THEY CAN DO(even tho they talked nice, professional but I didn’t want to hear that shit from Aaron & Christian) but Aaron trying to have me spend another $300 + dollars. I DROVE 20-25mph, over 15 miles(scared, nervous, STRESSED AS HELL) to get there thinking tire might come off, car break down, wreck, just NERVE-WRECKING. I was talked into getting Firestone card bc I wouldn’t have to pay off until 6 months. I am already getting sent notifications if I got card yet, info to pay blah, blah, blah. The 1st time after leaving, I called to say car didn’t feel right like it was pulling a heavy load, struggling to go. Told to bring back but I was already a good distance away. I did plan maybe to get tires from there in future- RICHIE AT DESK WAS SO NICE, considerate and explained a lot. Chrisean (not mgr)who I had spoke with was very hel
